ADSTRA has helped many users convert patient information, images and/or other data from various systems.

Because there are many versions and configuration options for any dental software, ADSTRA will conduct a free, no-obligation, conversion check to determine specifically what data can be converted from your current software to ADSTRA.

The ADSTRA Dental Software solution is installed by one of our technical support specialists remotely via Internet – making it a quick, efficient and convenient process.

ADSTRA Dental Software’s support hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:00am EST to 5:30pm EST and is available via phone, email and remote connection.

For additional support, easy-to-read user guides are included within each module and training videos are available in ADSTRA User’s Portal.

We will work with you to create an implementation plan that works best for your practice. We will be with you every step of the way and will ensure the practice is ready to go live using ADSTRA before actually doing so.

Installation is done quickly, efficiently and conveniently by one of our technical support specialists via internet – it should take no more than a few hours and we do not require your practice to shut down for installation to be completed.

Personalized training is provided remotely via Internet connection; this enables our ADSTRA Dental Software Training Specialists to see exactly what you see on your computer screen and to guide you through the ADSTRA Dental Software programs step by step.

Software updates are released periodically via ADSTRA Auto-updater, a component included with the ADSTRA Dental Software applications, which notifies the end-user of available updates and facilitates their installation.
