Features

Automatically sending daily messages by email and/or SMS for confirmations and reminders for upcoming dental appointments, follow-ups for completed dental appointments, and reschedule requests for missed dental appointments – the messages are sent in English, French or Spanish, according to patient’s language preference.

When a patient replies YES to a SMS messages or clicks the confirmation link in the email, the appointment is automatically updated as confirmed within the schedule.

Branded, customized templates for confirmation, reminder, follow-up and reschedule messages are created for your dental practice based on your current website.

You can add-on the SMS text messaging option for both automatic and manual appointment messages.

Implementation

When the appointment is booked, dental practices are asking patients if they would like to receive SMS messages. If the patient opts-in, their cell phone number is recorded in a special field with cell phone numbers for sending SMS text messages. The patient can opt-out at the time when booking future dental appointments.
